shower, bath,sink and toilet to be removed and replaced by steam shower, toilet,sink and slipper bath. laminate flooring to be removed and tiled, walls to be tiled to 3/4 and rest of walls to be skimmed for painting. ceiling to be re-plastered and coving removed and 4 spotlights to be fitted. new header tank to be supplied and fitted and 3 bar pump needed for steam shower. mirror with light to be fitted plus extractor fan to be fitted.
